Due to the Supreme Court’s significant NEET ruling, 1563 students will need to retake the test.
  Actually, one of the main reasons for the controversy over the NEET exam result was the question of giving grace marks to some of the 23 lakh students and applicants for the medical entrance exam. NEET students had also raised the question of paper leak, on this basis a request was also made to conduct the examination again, although the National Testing Agency has denied this claim

Supreme Court petition in NEET exam:- On June 10, a petition was filed before the Supreme Court to put a stay on the NEET result. The petitioners have claimed that grace marks have been given arbitrarily in the NEET UG exam 2024. 

Apart from this, about 67 applicants from the same examination site got more than 720 marks, a situation which has raised a very big question for the petitioners

 

What is the decision of the Supreme Court in the NEET 2024 exam: – Center The Supreme Court was informed by on Thursday that it has rescinded its order to grant grace marks to 1563 Neet UG 2024 applicants who were hoping to get admission in MBBS BDS and other programmes. These applicants will now have the option of re-appearing or giving the exam which is scheduled for June 23.

First petition in Supreme Court on NEET exam:- One of the three petitions was submitted by Alakh Pandey, CEO of Physics Wala. He had accused NDA of arbitrary choice of giving gressmarks, CEO member Dr Sheikh Roshan

The second petition was filed in the court by Mohiddin

According to the administration:- The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET -UG) 2024 exam question paper leak has not been detected, the administration said. Whoever has come across any claim of exam corruption, the administration has flatly denied it.
